Cabbage, potatoes, carrots...yum. Ingredients:
3/4 head cabbage (sliced) |
2 cups water |
1 lb baby carrots (whole) |
1 lb hamburger (browned) |
4 red potatoes (sliced) |
1 onion (diced) |
Directions:
1. Use beef bouillon to create beef broth with water (Flavor to taste...I usually use 3 cubes=60 additional calories) 2. Layer hamburger, onion, carrots, potatoes and cabbage in large 8-12 quart kettle. 3. Pour water/bouillon mixture over the top. 4. Simmer for 30-45 minutes. 5. Salt to taste. |
