Cabbage Cut-Up is similar to a cole slaw. It's easy to make and not full of mayonnaise, so it's great for someone on a diet or looking to eat healthier. You can use more or less lime depending on your personal preferences. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage |
1 small tomato, diced |
1/2 cup fresh orange juice |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Toss the cabbage and tomato together in a bowl. Pour the orange juice and lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper; stir. |
