My mother's recipe from a weight loss program years ago. We all enjoy it just for the taste. Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, shredded |
46 ounces tomato juice |
2 lbs cooked ground turkey |
2 cups rice (precooked) |
Directions:
1. Layer with cabbage in bottom of 9x14 inch pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour. |
