spicy and healthy raita Ingredients:
200 g cabbage, finely chopped |
1/2 cup capsicum |
2 cups yoghurt, dahi |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
2 green chili peppers, chopped |
2 teaspoons ground cumin, roasted (zeera) |
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder |
salt |
Directions:
1. whisk yoghurt till smooth, add remainign ingredients except zeera. 2. transfer to seving bowl, garnish with zeera powder, chilli and serve. |
