Cabbage and Peas cooked in North Indian style Ingredients:
1 savoy cabbage head |
1 tbsp oil |
1 cup peas |
1 small potatoe |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp turmeric |
1 small red onion |
1/2 tsp grated ginger |
Directions:
1. Chop Cabbage, peel and chop potatoes in wedges, chop onions and grate ginger 2. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and stir till lightly carmelized. 3. Add turmeric and salt and the cut vegetables 4. stir on hight heat for a few minutes, cover and reduce heat. Cook on medioum heat, stirring occasionally until cooked to your preference |
