i grew up eating this dish. a quick meal Ingredients:
6 large grade a eggs |
2 cups white rice |
1 small cabbage |
1 stalk green onion |
soy sauce, to taste |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. cook rice in rice cooker (add 4 cups of water to 2 cups of rice) 20 minutes. 2. chop cabbage and green onion. 3. add cabbage to frying pan with a little butter or oil. saute cabbage with soy sauce until slightly brown and tender. add eggs and scramble. add seasonings and more soy sauce to taste. serve over rice. |
