Cabbage and Egg over Rice

i grew up eating this dish. a quick meal
Ingredients:
6 large grade a eggs
2 cups white rice
1 small cabbage
1 stalk green onion
soy sauce, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. cook rice in rice cooker (add 4 cups of water to 2 cups of rice) 20 minutes.
2. chop cabbage and green onion.
3. add cabbage to frying pan with a little butter or oil. saute cabbage with soy sauce until slightly brown and tender. add eggs and scramble. add seasonings and more soy sauce to taste. serve over rice.
