Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons light butter |
4 cups finely sliced napa (chinese) cabbage |
1 cup freshly shredded carrot |
2 tablespoons grated fresh parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage and carrot; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat; add cheese and remaining ingredients, and stir well. Serve immediately. |
