Ingredients:
2 stick(s) unsalted butter softened |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 lg. egg |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 1/2 cup(s) flour |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 350* . in lg. bowl, beat butter and sugar with a mixer on high 5 min. until light and fluffy. add egg, vanilla and salt; beat until blended. on low speed gradually beat in flour. place dough in cookie press and press out cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet. decorate as desired.bake 10 to 12 min. transfer to rack and cool completely.
