A nice mild side dish. Season at table with lemon if desired. I don't remember where I got this from. Ingredients:
1 medium beet, pared |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
1 pinch garlic powder |
1 teaspoon margarine |
Directions:
1. Using medium grater - grate beets into a skillet. 2. Sprinkle with seasoning and dot with margarine. 3. Cover, simmer until tender. |
