4 cups pecan halves, about 1 lb |
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted |
1 tablespoon crumbled dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 -3 teaspoons fine sea salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine nuts, butter, rosemary and cayenne in slow cooker. Stir to coat 2. evenly. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 4. Add salt and stir nuts to coat. Transfer nuts to baking sheet lined with 5. parchment paper or foil. Let cool completely. |
