Buttery Rosemary Pecan Halves

Ingredients:
4 cups pecan halves, about 1 lb
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon crumbled dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 -3 teaspoons fine sea salt (to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine nuts, butter, rosemary and cayenne in slow cooker. Stir to coat
2. evenly. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
4. Add salt and stir nuts to coat. Transfer nuts to baking sheet lined with
5. parchment paper or foil. Let cool completely.
