2 cups flour |
3/4 cup cold butter, cut into 1-in. pieces |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream |
Directions:
