Buttery Parmesan Chicken Drummies |

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it sure looks good. Very easy too. I found this in the 500 Low-Carb Recipes cookbook. Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wings, cut apart,use drummies only |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tablespoons parsley, dried |
1 tablespoon oregano, dried |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Foil-line a shallow oven-safe pan. 3. Mix all ingredients except butter and wings in a shallow bowl. 4. Put the butter into a wide, shallow bowl and melt it. 5. Take the wings and roll them one at a time in first the butter, then the parmesan mixture. 6. Place them on the pan. 7. Bake the wings for 1 hour. |
