Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans |
3 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring beans and water to cover to a boil over high heat; cook 2 minutes. Drain beans; rinse with cold water, and drain. 2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, and cook 2 minutes or until butter begins to brown. Add beans, and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with salt. |
