Buttery Dutch Baked Oatmeal |

I've tried many baked oatmeals, most dry and not so perfect. This is the absolute best in my opinion. This can be doubled easily, just bake for 35-40 minutes. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup whole milk |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9-inch-square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with milk. |
