Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 ounces mini chocolate chips |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together the melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar. 2. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 4. Slowly, a little at a time, add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture. 5. Stir in chips. 6. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 8. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. 9. Bake the cookies on parchment-lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes. 10. Cool the sheet on a rack for five minutes, then dust the cookies with powdered sugar. 11. Remove cookies to rack to finish cooling. |
