This is the recipe my mom has used for years. I couldn't find another on here quite like it.... Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Blend ingredients until smooth (can use blender or food processor as well). 3. Pour into greased 9 wide deep pie pan or a small casserole dish. 4. Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate. 5. Note: Can add a bit of nutmeg or cinnamon but is very nice as is as well. |
