This is a great rub for chicken, ribs and pork. Keep in an airtight glass jar for a maximum of 6 months. Ingredients:
1/4 cup kosher salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon sweet paprika |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon mustard powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together. 2. Before applying the rub, coat your meat with Dijon mustard. 3. Sprinkle the rub all over the meat and BBQ as desired. |
