Inspired by Tofu Strawberry Dessert. I used Frontier's Butterscotch flavoring. The turmeric is just for coloring. I suppose you could use food coloring if you like. Ingredients:
12 ounces silken tofu |
3 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons butterscotch extract |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend in the food processor until smooth. |
