Haven't tried this yet. It's one I received in a recipe swap (another board) a few years ago. Recipe makes about 5 dozen 1-inch pieces. Cooling time not figured in. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
48 large marshmallows |
1 tablespoon water |
2 cups butterscotch chips |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, water, and marshmallows. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Add chips, stir till melted. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. 2. Pour in 8 square pan. Cool. Cut in 1 squares. Wrap individually in waxed paper twisting ends. |
