Ingredients:
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 cup unsalted butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
2 tablespoons scotch whisky |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine dark brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt, and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Add Scotch whisky. |
