An easy simple, and delectable sauce to serve with fruit or cake
Ingredients:
75 g unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Melt butter over moderate heat.
2. Add sugar, milk and cream.
3. Remove, add vanilla and cool.
4. Keep in airtight container and serve at room temperature.
