A wonderful topping for ice cream or plain pound cake. Ingredients:
2 cups packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup light cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over heat, bring all ingredients to a boil. 2. Stirring occasionally. 3. Serve warm. 4. Cover, cool, and refrigerate up to four days ahead. 5. Warm over low heat before serving. |
