A wonderful topping for ice cream or plain pound cake.
Ingredients:
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light cream
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over heat, bring all ingredients to a boil.
2. Stirring occasionally.
3. Serve warm.
4. Cover, cool, and refrigerate up to four days ahead.
5. Warm over low heat before serving.
