This is a favorite of mine. Chill your glass in the freezer before mixing. Adding Caramel topping to the frozen glass makes the presentation of this drink stand out. If you like Bailey's...you've got to try this one. Ingredients:
2 ounces baileys irish cream |
2 ounces coffee liqueur |
1 1/2 ounces butterscotch schnapps |
4 ounces half-and-half |
caramel topping |
Directions:
1. ***Blend ingredients in a blender with 4-5 ice cubes until ice is well crushed. 2. Drizzle caramel inside a chilled tall glass. Add ingredients and serve with a straw. |
