BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING PIZZA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Whitcomb Estate in Richardson Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
17-1/2 ounce peanut butter cookie mix |
12 ounces cream cheese softened |
1-3/4 cup cold milk |
1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
1/4 cup chopped butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Press cookie mix onto greased pizza pan then bake at 375 for 15 minutes and allow to cool. 2. Beat cream cheese until smooth then spread on cookie. 3. Prepare pudding and spread over cookie. 4. Refrigerate 30 minutes then spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with chips. 5. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. |
