I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water |
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) |
1 tablespoon sugar free butterscotch pudding mix |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put water in blender first add protein powder then add remaining ingredients. 2. Blend on low, then high till blended. |
