Easy and delicious butterscotch pound cake. Made this yesterday. Picture to follow. From Just A Pinch
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c sour cream
1 small insrtant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 pkg butterscotch chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine first 5 ingredients. mix well for 4 mins.
3. Gently stir in butterscotch chips
4. Pour into well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
5. Let cool in pan a little bit and remove to rack to cool completely.
