Easy and delicious butterscotch pound cake. Made this yesterday. Picture to follow. From Just A Pinch Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix |
1 c sour cream |
1 small insrtant vanilla pudding mix |
1/2 c vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1 pkg butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Combine first 5 ingredients. mix well for 4 mins. 3. Gently stir in butterscotch chips 4. Pour into well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. 5. Let cool in pan a little bit and remove to rack to cool completely. |
