it is fall!!!! time for popcorn!! Ingredients:
2 quarts unsalted popped popcorn |
1 cup salted peanuts |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) package miniature marshmallows |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, peanuts and raisins. 2. yum! 3. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. 4. Stir in the marshmallows and chips until melted and smooth. 5. Pour over popcorn mixture and stir until evenly coated. 6. Immediately pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and press down evenly. 7. Cool before cutting. 8. Yields 3 dozen. |
