Butterscotch Poke Brownies |

Two treats in one. Bite into moist Brownies topped with Butterscotch. Watch them disappear Ingredients:
1 pkg brownie mix |
1 1/2 cups cold milk |
1 pkg (4-serving size) butterscotch instant pudding mix |
Directions:
1. Prepare Brownie mix as directed on the pkg for either an 8 or 9 square baking pan 2. Baking time will depend on the brand you buy 3. Remove from the oven 4. Using the round handle of a wooden spoon, immediately poke holes at 1 inch intervals down through brownies, almost to the pan 5. Pour cold milk into a bowl & add pudding mix 6. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 mins 7. Quickly pour about 1/2 of the thin pudding evenly over the warm brownies & into the holes. Tap pan lightly to fill holes 8. Let remaining pudding thicken slightly, then spread over the top to 'frost' 9. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve 10. Cut into 4 squares & then diagonally into triangles |
