Butterscotch Peanut Fudge |

All you need are some simple ingerdients and a microwave. (i used a package of chocolate peeps instead of the mini marshmallows once and it came out just as great. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips |
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows |
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. comine milk, butterscotch chips and marshmallows in microwave-safe bowl. 2. microwave, uncovered at 80% power for 3 minutes, stirring approximately every 30-45 seconds so marshmallows don't burn. 3. stir in peanut butter and vanilla. 4. fold in peanuts. 5. pour mixture into 11 x 7 inch pan coated with cooking spray. 6. cover and refrigerate for 2 hours**. 7. cut into pieces and enjoy! 8. serving number depends on size of fudge pieces cut*. |
