2 c. cold milk |
1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix |
18 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed |
1 carton (8 oz) cool whip, thawed |
6 maraschino cherries, optional |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened.
2. In 6 parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding, wafer crumbs and whipped topping.
3. Garnish with a cherry if desired.
4. Refrigerate until serving.
