Ingredients:
1 cup butterscotch morsels
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
3 tablespoons water
1 large egg lightly beaten
1 cup whipping cream whipped
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until morsels and butter melt.
3. Gradually stir 1/4 of the hot mixture into egg and add to remaining mixture stirring constantly.
4. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 1 minute.
5. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature then fold in whipped cream.
6. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
