1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1 1/2 cups heavy cream |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Combine the sugar and water in a medium saucepan. 2. Cook over high heat until the mixture is a light golden brown in color. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add the cream and stir until smooth. 5. Add the butter 1 tablespoon at a time. 6. Blend well. 7. Can be reheated. |
