This is a very rich and easy frosting. Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup margarine softened |
1 cup chopped nuts |
2 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients until well blended and smooth
2. can leave out the nuts and sprinkle nuts on cake only AFTER you spread the frosting
3. spread on a baked warm cake and put cake in oven on broil for three minutes, until nuts are slightly browned
