Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
2 (3 3/4 ounce) packages instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 cups milk
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
2. mixing well.
3. Press flour mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; let cool completely.
5. Combine cream cheese and sugar, beating until fluffy; fold in 2 cups Cool Whip.
6. Spread over crust.
7. Combine pudding mix and milk; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
8. Spread over cream cheese layer.
9. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer.
10. Chill thoroughly.
