1. Combine first 3 ingredients. 2. mixing well. 3. Press flour mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; let cool completely. 5. Combine cream cheese and sugar, beating until fluffy; fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. 6. Spread over crust. 7. Combine pudding mix and milk; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. 8. Spread over cream cheese layer. 9. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer. 10. Chill thoroughly.
