This is a very creamy, very tasty, very easy pudding sure to please all. Enjoy. Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups milk |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. 2. Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear. 3. Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding. 4. Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator. |
