Butterscotch Cake Topping for Mini Cheesecakes

I use this on some of the mini cheesecakes baked in 3 cans..
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
1. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in small pan.
2. Bring to a bil, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butterscotch bits.
4. Stir to melt chips and drizzle over baby cakes.
