Butterscotch Cake Topping for Mini Cheesecakes |

I use this on some of the mini cheesecakes baked in 3 cans.. Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
3 tablespoons light corn syrup |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in small pan. 2. Bring to a bil, stirring constantly. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butterscotch bits. 4. Stir to melt chips and drizzle over baby cakes. |
