Butterscotch Cake ( the Best You'll Ever Make) |

I got this recipe from a close friend. It's simple to make and tastes delicious. I have tried several other recipes, but this seems to be the easiest to make and still the best tasting. I suggest serving it with a cinnamon icing and some chocolate sauce drizzled over top of the cake. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (super moist white also will work) |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix |
1 cup coffee, cooled |
1/2 cup oil |
3/4 cup butterscotch sundae sauce |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Pour into a greased and floured bunch pan. 3. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350°F. |
