My mom makes these every Christmas-we absolutely love to eat them.

Ingredients:

1 package butterscotch chips

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

1 egg

1 cup icing sugar

3 cups colored miniature marshmallows

12 graham crackers

Directions:

1. Melt the chips and the butter.
2. Remove from heat and add egg, sugar and marshmallows.
3. Line 8 pan with graham crackers.
4. Pour mixture over and spread evenly.
5. Chill well.
