From Home Cooking mag July/August 2005. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving size) |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3/4 cup butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. 2. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk and egg. Beat on low speed until blended, about 1 minute. Stir in pecans. Spread batter in prepared pan and sprinkle butterscorch chips evenly over top. 3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean. |
