Butterscotch and White Chocolate Chip Cookies |

These are the best chewy cookies I have had the pleasure to experience. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups chips (1 cup white, one cup butterschotch) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy, about 4 or 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients together and then add to butter mixture. Only mix until combined, too much mixing will ruin the cookies. Stir in chips and bake for 8-10 minutes. |
