A great raw soup for harvest time. Ingredients:
3 cups water |
4 cups butternut squash, cut into chunks |
4 tbs onion, diced |
sea salt, to taste |
curry powder, to taste |
Directions:
1. Blend together in high-speed blender until a creamy consistency. 2. Garnish with parsley. |
