1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 cup vegetable broth |
1 tablespoon fresh sage, snipped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
6 cups salad greens |
1 medium apple, cored and cut in bite sized pieces |
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced |
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh sage, snipped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

Directions:
1. In a large skillet cook squash in hot oil over medium heat about 5 minutes or until squash is golden brown, turning slices occasionally. 2. Add broth, sage, salt and pepper. 3.
