This is an incredible recipe. I got this from a bunko friend. She served this when she hosted a party, we had grilled chicken, this squash and salad and then a decadent mousse that was to die for. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 stick margarine |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
3 cups cooked butternut squash |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
topping |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1/3 stick margarine |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix all casserole ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish. 2. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of top. 3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
