Butternut Squash Casserole

Always requested, and I could eat as dessert! Not low fat I know, but sure is a great treat with a crispy topping.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter (not vegetable spread!)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
5 ounces canned milk or 2/3 cup canned milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cooked mashed butternut squash
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. then combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and squash.
4. Mix and pour into 11 x 7 x 2 ungreased baking dish.
5. Bake uncovered 45 mimutes then.
6. remove and add topping then bake an additional 5 minutes.
