healthy alternative to candied sweet potatoes. Bake butternut squash with a little butter and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
1 squash, butternut, peeled, diced
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
1. preheat oven 425 degrees
2. peel and dice butternut squash
3. melt butter and cool
4. mix butter, squash and sugar together
5. place in baking dish and bake for around 45 min, stir once
