Butternut Squash And Carrots With Marsala Wine |

This is an easy tasty side dish Ingredients:
1 butternut squash- or acorn –or turnip |
1 lb of carrots |
tsp of sugar |
4 tlsp of marsala wine |
2 tsp of chopped parsely |
salt and pepper to taste |
tlsp of butter |
tlsp of oil |
Directions:
1. Peel the squash and cut into 3/4 in cubes, slice the carrots into 1/2 in slice’s 2. In a lg skillet over med heat ,warm butter.with oil Add the squash and carrots 3. And sprinkle with the sugar-stir well and cook until veg start to get soft.about 8 to 10 min 4. Stirring often. 5. Add the wine and cook another 5 mins, add the parsely and salt & pepper to taste, serve ‘ 4 – if the veggies are not done and its dry in pan - add water till they are cooked |
