This is a different twist to vinaigrette but oh so good... give it a try..I wasnt sure I would like this at first... I got this recipe out of the Good Housekeeping magazine.. Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttermilk |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parshely |
1 tablespoon minced green onions |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1.4 teaspoon coarsley ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Wisk buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, green onions and parsley together 2. add salt and pepper 3. refrigerate up to one day |
