A favorite from the book Bread Machine Magic by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway.
Ingredients:
for 1 1/2 pound loaf
1 3/8 cup buttermilk
3 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3 tsp. yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. Or use the dough cycle and let raise in pan and bake in your reg. oven.
