My family loves this scratch recipe. Keeps well under refrigeration, but recipe can be halved easily. Fresh parsley is a must! Ingredients:
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 small shallot |
6 tablespoons fresh italian parsley |
1 cup buttermilk |
3 cups mayonnaise (i use hellman's) |
Directions:
1. Place garlic, salt, and shallot in food processor, pulse till finely minced. Add parsley, continue pulsing in short bursts until minced. 2. Add buttermilk and mayonnaise and blend til creamy. 3. Serve. |
