This buttermilk pie has raisins. From Grandma Koppes, so it's an oldie. Has two crusts. Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk |
1 cup raisins |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 pie crusts |
Directions:
1. Mix together. 2. Put between 2 pie crusts. 3. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
